Spring - is it coming!?

Look what we caught on the game camera in March!  I bet he would be beautiful in color!  We think he was by the cabin a week or so, Charlie was going crazy during the night and Gary turned on the back deck light and saw tracks and a fresh "marking" on the post and thought he saw something like a dog go by, then we get the card from the game camera later in the week and we see this!  Two years ago, our cat "Beaker" chased a smaller red fox through the yard - could be the same one???

Spring is trying to come, but old man winter is still holding on.  A storm is going through right now, the wind is blowing, snow is falling off and on and the dark clouds are rolling in.  A lot of snow has melted on the ground over the past few days, dirt is starting to show on the roads which means that we need to start leaving the rhino halfway down the mountain - too much dirt to drive the snowmobile on, but still too much on the upper half to drive the rhino - so we have to switch halfway.  The joys of spring around here!!
